Modified and extended an online banking system used by hundreds of banks. Built and extended mobile and OFX client interfaces to back-end systems. Responsible for design work, project estimating, and construction of projects exceeding a year in duration. Mentored new employees. Extended bug tracking and automated build systems to support the group's development processes.
Senior Developer
Rebuilt a large data management system used for permit application, issuing, billing, and reporting processes. Reduced code size by 80%. Increased performance, usability, functionality, and stability. Integrated this application with an identity, location, and activity management system. Developed configuration management, version control, and automated build procedures for the group.
Environmental Analyst
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on annual data relating to permit activities. Built custom data management system to ensure accuracy of reported data, highlight year-over-year data discrepancies, and perform fraud and billing discrepancy analysis. Developed interactive reporting forms for reportees, and initiated digitization of incoming reports to reduce on-site storage.
